Conducts annual review of the bylaws of the Association. Takes into consideration comments and recommendations solicited from the membership. Serves as a reference at board meetings.

Education Committee

Coordinates, plans and implements Association educational programs.

Finance Committee

Preparation of annual budget. Assists with preparation of quarterly reports to Board. Assists treasurer with duties related to checking, savings, ledger book and electronic Quickbooks.

Fundraising Committee

Conducts and coordinates all fundraising activities for the organization.

Membership Committee

Reviews applications for membership for the purposes of determining eligibility. Promotes membership and conducts activities to increase membership. Makes recommendations regarding dues and membership related correspondence.

Nominating Committee

Annually reviews Board of Directors & Officers vacancies. Seeks nominations and prepares slate. Provides nomination slate to membership and tallies results. Presents results at annual full day conference (June).

Public Relations

Serves in all public relations matters related to the Association. Coordinates issues related to the Speaker’s Bureau and the website.

Publications Committee

Preparation of quarterly journal for distribution to members.
